Use Caribbean based themes and imagery that can represent your country or the Caribbean at large.
Sound effects can be used or recorded to enhance your story.

DATES AND TIMELINE

Creation time:

You have from the 5th Aug – 12th Aug to create your story. Using the resources above at your disposal create the best story you can make that goes along with the theme.

Submission date:

8:00am 12th Aug – 8:00pm 14th Aug 
Submissions will be accepted via the website.

Video voting:

19th August 8:00am – 2nd September 11:59pm
All submissions will be converted to videos and published on the makeITsimpleTT youtube channel for voting.

The votes will be tallied according to the rules and the top 10 will be selected to be judged and the winner will be chosen live.

Live judging:

12th September
A panel of judges will judge the top 10 by the rules and rubric given below.

FAQ

Can I use national symbols?

Be careful when you use national symbols such as flags, emblems, and insignia that represent countries. They must be used responsibly.

Can I use music?

Use only NON-COPYRIGHTED songs. If copyrighted songs are in the submission they will not be put up for voting. (Search royalty-free music and find appropriate music if necessary)

What about the language?

You can use slang and dialect because we are from the Caribbean. 😁

The use of obscene language and obscene images is strictly prohibited.

How will likes and comments be judged?
